Cohen & Associates - Jeff Taylor - Peggy Miller Collecting a debt from Chase Called me at work and threatened to service me at my place of employment Irvine California

Someone called me at work (with restricted number) and threatened to service me at my place of employment if I did not call Cohen & Associates inmediately in regards to a delincuent Chase account. I called 855-511-8047 and spoke to Jeff Taylor and he ID as a Debt collection agency and cut me a deal of $2,000 that I will pay month by month at $100 installments starting right that moment. In heat of the moment, I made the first $100 payment and we agree that I will call every 20th to pay over the phone. They will send me a letter by regular mail with all the settlement agreement and they did but it took a while for me to get it. I called several times to demand more info (they treat me kind of rude) and I called Chase too because I did not remember this alleged debt however, since I did not have enought info I just kept doing my payments every 20th until december 2015 when I traveled out of state and was unable to call them so I email them twice but they did not charge or reply so today I called and the phone is not in service anymore. I don't know what to think anymore... I was not sure about their legitimacy at the beginning and now I feel like I was scam $800.
