Collect Pros Claim I owe Elite Coupon Deals $29.99 plu Shipping and Handling $4.95 for a total of $39.94. We did not order anything from Elite Coupon Deals, and we have no clue what this is about. Carson City Nevada

We received a letter dated April 3, 2015 from a company called "Collect Pros." The letter stated we owed Elite Coupon Deals $29.99 plus $4.95 Shipping and Handling for a total of $34.95. There is no number or website available for Elite Coupon Deals so they could not be contacted. When you call 800-305-3404 listed for Collect Pros, you are only offered options to pay the so called debt. You are not given an option to speak with anyone in connection with the debt. I submitted a request to receive a phone call on the website listed at collectpros.com, and I am sure I will not receive a return call. I did not order anythiing from Elite Coupon Deals. As a matter of fact, I have no clue what it is. I need your assistance.
