Ad stated free trial and coupon code would make S/H only $1.95 instead of regular $4.95...but no place to enter code or contact. When attempting to do so, got stuck with 4 bottles for the price of 2 and still no contact information!

Upon arrival of those bottles, I opened to get phone number ... was told I couldn't refuse or get money back. 100% money back guarentee is for the trial that I hadn't even received AND I was put on a "plan" in which they were going to send me 4 bottles for price of 2 ($127) every month! I didn't sign up for any of this!

So, they were NICE enough to remove me from that, but am being charged $127 PLUS $4.95 for the $1.95 FREE trial I haven't even received. Was also, told to go again to their email address of support@coloncleanse3000.com, which STILL states page cannot be displayed (may have been removed or name changed...), but they say it is good (?! Hmmm)

Will attempt to "resolve" with the BBB.
