This company says they provide home warranty services for applicances. When they are called out to actually service they find reasons not to service the broken appliance. On the most recent call they told us to have the a/c unit serviced (due to a timing issue) and they would reimburse us....we are now 1200.00 out of pocket and they are refusing to reimburse us.
