I purchased a 3 year policy from Colonial

i filed a claim when my pool pump went out - they would only pay $300 for the $900 bill

Then 6 months later my dishwasher needed to be repaired. The cost of repairs was $350 they would only pay $161.

I then researched the company online and found thousands of complaints.

i then decided to cancel the insurance

they only refunded $400 of the $1251 I paid - they subtracted all the monthly premiums and the $300 they paid for the pool repair.

these people are crooks
