I contacted Colonial Home Warranty that my Pool equipment has started leaking. They sent out a local contractor and reported damage to insurance company. On their own website they post the covered items on the policies. This is in black and white. They instructed to have the work down and submit for reimbursement. When I submitted for reimbursement they denied. They will not let you talk to any supervisor and are rated F by the BBB.
