Colonial Home Warranty will not honor contract to perform repairs to an A/C system. Afer not responding to phone calls or letters, I reported them to the Consumer Protection Agency of Montgomery County, MD. They have been trying to contact them, and have not received any responses either. This company is a scam. They work with low quality contractors. Do not give them your money
