Nov. 17, 2008 order there TRIAL merchandise. Realizing I have yet to receive it on Dec 4, 2008 I sent an email asking where is my product. Then right after that my account was charged $88.97 saying that I didn't respond with the 15 days of receiving my TRIAL Offer. I eamiled them back and siad I have yet to receive my TRIAL offer. All they keep babaling is that I read the contract. Well it doesn't take a rocket scinentist to know that if I don't receive the merchantdise how can I agree to anythihg. All I want is now ALL MY Money back. They said I can keep the 2 extra bottles I got. Which now I went from not receiveing any to have 2 or 3. I told them DO NOT SEND me anything for I will be retruning it back now. Now I do NOT want their crap. I have been emailing back and forth. they claim they will only refund 33.99. I will NOT accept this I want all my money returned. 88.97 + 4.99 = 93.96. Nothing less.
