Colorado Technical University CTU CTU jumped my tuition up by a 1000 dollars a week before I graduated and now are insisting that I owe them 823.00 dollars online Colorado

A week before I graduated CTU jumped my tuition up by 1000 dollars and charged me even though I was not continuing my education with them. Now they claim that I owe them 823.00 dollars and are withholding my transcripts and diaploma. First how can they justify expecting someone to pay for classes that have been paid for and it amazes me that they found Pell grant money or student loan money to cover a certain amount of this cost when I was told that I was recieving a specific amount. So not only are they trying to defraud me they are defrauding the government. If you have had this problem contact the State Attorney General's Office in your state and Colorado .
