Columbia Telecommunications Groun, Inc Took 19 weeks to mail rebate check. Check bounced for NSF. Do not return my calls. Farmingdale New York

i purchased a pair of columbia telecommunications group frs walkie-talkies from fry's electronics on november 18 of 2003.

when my $25 rebate did not appear within 12 weeks, as stated, i called and called and called and after 19 weeks they sent me a check for $25.

i cashed the check at my bank and a few days later i was notified that the check was returned for non-sufficient-funds and i was charged a $5 fee and $25 was withdrawn from my checking account.

I have been calling columbia telecommunications for a week and leaving my name, number and reason for calling. they do not return my calls.

i have mailed the copies of the returned check and fee twice but have received no answer. it is now 7 months later.
