Comcast/Xfinity Rashia C. - corporate and Marty Tunney - sales person Joined in May - bundled phone, internet and tv/cable - since then we've had 5 technicians come to the house to tell us that it's the box outside that needs replacement.Chicago, IL Nationwide

 We're not getting the services we are paying for and no one at the company or the sales person seems to care. They don't return calls or hang up when we do call. 

We set up internet, television cable and telephone last May - since then we've had 5 technicians come to our home because the service freezes up, doesn't work, is too slow, or is intermittent.  Each technician tells us its the box outisde that needs to be replaced.  When we call Comcast we are cut off, get yet another offer to have a technician sent out, hung up on or no response.  The sales person told us such nonsense.  The company fails to provide the minimum services - they shouldn't even be attempting to provide the services for what they do.  We want full credit for each month since May b/c we're stuck in a contract now.
