Commercial Maintenance Chemical Corp Ken Smith Just One More RippOff Farmingdale, New York

Commercial Maintenance Chemical Corp; Ken Smith called our Sewer Plant Operator several weeks ago and wanted to sell him some root dissolver for helping to keep weeds under control.  First it is freezing where we live and no weeds are growing, plus our plant has a wet lands which is environmentally correct and we can not do without it.  

Ken Smith was told that the Operator could not authorize any purchase of anything and they would have to go through the Financial Office for the District.  

We now have a bill for over $131.00 plus freight and product we did not order.  When we called the company, they refused to take the product back or even acknowledge they were wrong and finally hung up on us and will not issue a credit or take the product back.

Have dealt with companies like this before and we just will not be taken to the cleaners.

Just be where that if this company calls just hang up, because they will send you an invoice.
