Commercial Maintenance Chemical Corp Commercial Maintenance Chemical shipped product we didn't order and billed $241.25!! Even though we refused the shipment TWICE!! Mississauga, Ontario

Commercial Maintenance Chemical Corp's unethical practices are alive and well in the province of Ontario, Canada. We twice refused the shipment from UPS. On the third attempt, an unsuspecting person signed for the UPS delivery.

I was charged $199.80 for Green Gobbler Degreaser that looks like something that comes from the dollar store plus $41.45 for shipping for a total of $241.00

For my friends in Ontario who are having these problems, the Ontario Ministry of Consumer Services has a website with information for consumers.

Note in particular the third point:

If you are sent goods you didnt ask for, you dont have to accept or pay for them. In fact, you may use them or throw them out. Youre not responsible for an unsolicited credit card either unless you buy something with it.
