Commercial Maintenance Chemical Corp Lying salespeople & company with questionable ethics, Internet

This company called us repeatedly trying to sell us their 'Green Gobbler' product. We told them we did not want to try any grease disolving products because they don't work. After several telemarketing calls from the same guy, we said the 'if you'll send us a free sample, and it works, we will buy from you'. We repeated 3 times, FREE SAMPLE, and he said yes.

The day after we received the product, we received a bill. We called the day we received the bill, telling them it was a mistake and should be free, they said 'No, you ordered it.' We then asked for a pick-up because we were not going to pay for the product, they said it could not be sent back becuase it was opened. We informed them it had not been opened and they said it was, because they opened it before they sent it out!!?? How does that work? They can send an opened container, but can't pick it up? Makes no sense!

We have called several times, and the original salesperson is never available. Fishy! And the couple of 'Supervisors' keep saying that we cannot send it back and they will not credit the bill. We told them we were NOT going to pay it, so they said they'll turn it over to their collections. We said we'll turn it over to our attorney!
