I bought a Compaq XP 6 months ago. Had alot of problems with it shutting down & then a blue screen. After loads of calls to Compaq being told to do all kinds of things, they told me to bring it to Circut City. They took it for 2 weeks. When I got it back after loosing a bunch of accounts I work on, it's bad again.

Now I get a box that says online crash analysis ciontact HP. I called the man in the corp office & left 2 messages but have not heard from him. I told him before I want my money back he said no & compared my problem to a person being fine one day & having a heart attack the next!

This computer is not right & after all that work not right. I want a refund do not want to deal with Compaq!
