Complete home have been transacting funds from my bank account without Authorization for about a year, every month I wonder why I would be in overdraft,finally I found the culprit... Complete Home, Im am seeking a refund and they should go out of business.

Here's part of their Terms of Service:

7. MEMBERSHIP FEE I can try CompleteHome, from Trilegiant, with the first month for $1.00. I authorize you to bill the $19.99 membership fee, or monthly fee, to the credit or debit card (or to the related checking account) I provide unless I call toll free 1-800-232-HOME (4663) during my one month trial to cancel. 8. RENEWALS Unless you notify CompleteHome that you do not wish to renew your membership, CompleteHome will automatically renew your membership at the end of each term and bill the renewal fee to your designated billing source. You will be notified of any price increase and may cancel your membership if you do not want to continue to be billed at the new price. 9. RIGHT TO CANCEL MEMBERSHIP You have the right to cancel the Agreement at any time. You may cancel this Agreement by calling 1-800-232-HOME (4663) or writing to: CompleteHome, PO Box 41277, Nashville, TN 37204, email service@completehome.com or click the cancel link on the Customer Center page at www.completehome.com. Cancel this agreement during your 30-day trial and you will owe nothing more; at any time thereafter you will not be billed for any additional months. Please refer to your membership kit for additional information. You will remain liable for any other fees, purchases, or charges to be paid pursuant to this Agreement.
