COMPUCREDIT, who collects for ASPIRE VISA harrasses my wife at her place of employment AFTER she told them to stop calling her there. They have jeopardized her position They called and made contact with her 4 times IN ONE DAY. Each time refusing to take the name and number of a consolidation company/attorney who represents her regarding this debt. They failed to read her the MINI MIRANDA as required by the FDCPA. They never informed her they were 3RD PARTY COLLECTORS. My wife came home in tears after dealing with their abusive collectors. They are charging her 36.7% interest. Can you spot the 3 BLATANT VIOLATIONS OF THE FDCPA? We would like to speak to an attorney who can help us file suit in this matter.

Salute/Compucredit corp I had fell behind due to hard times and medical reasons. I'm a disabled veteran. I thought they would work withe but instead my balance went crazy high. Honestly I just let it go, I had no money. down the road things started to get a little better I went over my credit report and started paying off all debts. to my surprise they reported themselves twice on my Experian credit report under two different accounts.
