Jefferson Capital Certigy, Compucredit and many other DBAs Continue to screw up my credit report by trying to collect on a debt after attorneys sent them cease and desist letters. Internet

Jefferson Capital offered the following credit cards - Total, Salute, Aspen and Imagine. Double this when taken into account that the above mentioned credit cards have the Mastercard or Visa logo on them. This case is old but Jefferson Capital reages the debt on my credit report. As far as I can tell, Jefferson Capital does not have any type of business license and operates from many post office boxes not to mention the fact that Riggs Abney Law Firm has sent them many cease and desist letters that they ignored and using spoofcom.com to make many phone calls to me a day trying to collect on a debt that is not owed. As to what spoofcom.com is, they are a firm that allows you to spoof the name and number you are calling from on the person's caller ID box so the true name and number they are calling from is not revieled. To be blunt, I desire to sue these bastards as well as the big 3 credit bureaus for aiding Jefferson Capital in keeping my credit report screwed up for many years. The so called debt that I owe is from fake clubs with no contact information that made rampant charges to all of my credit cards of $50 for $50,000 to $95,000 worth of gift/gas cards that I didn't order or recieve and didn't want. Jefferson Capital's credit cards refused to block these charges to my credit cards.
