You left out some pertinent information here.

First of all, did you owe them money?

Second, did you ignore the summons?

And, the word is GARNISH not gardish or grandish.

Wow, Lisa, I don't know where you get your information, but as soon as I read your statement that Fingerhut has only been in business since 2000, I about fell out of my chair as I KNEW that was as incorrect a statement as could be made.

I am 41, born in 1965, and certainly remember Fingerhut all throughout my growing up years, and beyond.

That Fingerhut began business in 1948 was quickly and easily found on their website, when I clicked the About Us tab.

I grew up in Minnesota and Fingerhut was established in Minnesota, at the time. So the St. Cloud portion of the address could well be right, but the state is probably Minnesota, not Missouri.

If you wish to dispute this garnishment, you need to do better research if you have been researching and think they have only been in business 7 years.
