R813 (This is your return authorization number) I was advised that I could return this product along with the paperwork less plastic package for a FULL REFUND.

I contacted Scandisk and they advised me that this is a counterfeit Scandisk Product. They advised me that the serial number listed on this Scandisk product states that this should be a 256MB CRUZER. The Item purchased from: (800) 731-4541 Omar Bazzar Computer Parts Supplier INC

This was a COD Package for $118.37

I respectfully request a full cash refund of $118.37 from your company.

I suggest you check with your supplier and see if any other Scandisk products are counterfeit also.

NOTE* The package was returned to me by Fedex and Fedex told me that no one would accept the package or the business had moved due to the Hurricane. I have attempted to contact this company several times with no results. I advised Fedex and Scandisk of this problem. As of right now. I'am out of the money.

Still no refund

This company keeps telling me there is nothing wrong with the refund and that the refund has been mailed. This company has told me this several times. Still no refund. I do not know what type of business they are doing but I would stay as far away from these guys as you can. If they were doing the right thing I would not to be making any comments about them. They would have handled their business A.S.A.P. all they are doing is giving me the run a round. They must really need the money so they will get it and keep it any way they can.

This matter should be OVER.

Bottom Line I would not trust them with any order. They can write and say anything they want they can not be trusted with their word.

I will never do business with any company in the Florida Area again.

As far as help from the locals (ZERO)!

This compant advised me that they mailed my refund on Nov 15, 2005 10:15 AM. They supplied a Fedex tracking number. As of today Nov 22, 2005 the refund has not been received. I call the company today and they told me that the package would be picked up as of yesterday. Fedex told me that the package has not been picked up, that the comapny on generated a label from Fedex. I feel this company has lied and they think that the customer is too stupid to relize they are getting the run around. I have reported this company to the police and the FBI. They should be shut down and property seized. They are ripping people off.

I sent the Scandisk Product back

I sent the Scandisk Product back to this company for the second time at a new address they supplied. The package was sent back using Fedex. The package arrived in one day. The company then contacted me via email and ask me to supplied a order number which they had and found. They told me that they would get my money along with the shipping back to me ASAP. Right now I'm waiting for the refund. Again it looks like they are trying to do right, but I will not know this until the refund is in my hand and it's confirmed. As soon as I get the refund this matter should be settled to my satisfaction.

we had few problems with Sandisk shipment and as you see it's not on the website anymore and in order for us to refund you the money we need you to return it because I need my money too from my supplier your RMA# is R813 please include with your return.
please return the flash drive to the address below and we will send you a

Maybe they are trying to correct this problem, I will have to wait and see the results and update when I get a refund if I get one?
