On January 17, 2006 I bought the PNY Quadro FX3000 AGPX vga card Serial #770238, MFG: P171CJ01913500016 from CompuVest.com. Account# W7873582 with Account Rep., Andre x136 for $528 USD. The product was defective.

According to Senior Tech, Mr. Willy Ortiz from PNY said, the card is defective. He instruct me to return to reseller. I return to the reseller and they sent me another one with the same exact item. The card work perfectly. According to CompuVest policy, they will refund me the full full amount for the card return defective. But if the card return in good condition, there will be a 15% restocking fee. My complaint is, why did they charged me a 15% restocking fee because the card is defective? They only refund my credit card for $448.80 USD from the $528 USD. Below is the statement from PNY Support:Quadro Support wrote:Phalkunabba, It sounds like your video card is defective. Have you tried the card ina different system? Where did you purchased the card? It sounds like you bought the card recently. Call your seller and have the video card exchange. They still denied until this date. The BBB dismessed the issue saying they can't help anymore.
