Unfortunately a number of these persons were scammed into using Concord Servicing as the company to make payments through on their fraudulant loans.
When the fraudulant nature of Royal Holidays business was discovered they stopped making payments. If they had been using Concord Servicing Concord then started acting as a bill collector.

The complaint is that Concord KNOWS that Royal Holiday is using fruadulent sales techniques and Scamming people. While Mexican courts and the Mexican government offer no mechanism of relief and restitution Concord offers a Mexican company the means to harass and try to extract money from usually from elderly Americans.

The existance of a mexican entity at Concord shows where there money lies.
