CONN'S Appliance BAD BAD BAD BUSINESS BEWARE Fort Worth Texas

I bought a refridgerator in Nov. 2007. It was bought to be placed in the garage. I told the sales person that was my intentions when I bought the Haier refridgerator. They delivered it and set it up in my garage.

In January, 2008, the refridgerator was not cooling inside. I called the store and found out it was closed and they had moved to another location. I scheduled a time for a service technician to come to my home for repair.

The technician came and said he had to write in his report that the refridgerator was located in my garage and will never work. He told me this was a "temporary fix" and replaced the evaporator fan. I asked for a reciept of the work he did and he told me I could contact Conn's. A month later I had another service call because the refridgerator still did not work.

The same technician came out and opened the refridgerator and said to me, I can not fix this, call the manufacture. He gave me their phone number. I called them. Two weeks later, two men from Conn's came and picked up my refridgerator. Did not give me a reciept or anything.

A month later I called, only to be told they never came and picked my refridgerator up. After calling the manufacture, they conferenced a call to Conn's with me and Conn's states they found my refrigerator and will deliver it to me. I spoke to a supervisor and they set it up to be delivered today and no one called or delivered it. I called Conn's and they are closed on Sundays.

I have contacted my attorney and the FTC and Attorney Generals office.

I will do everything possible to never do business with this company and help spread the word about their HORRIBLE customer service practices.
