Conn's Appliances They charged me for insurance after I gave them my home insurance policy. When I called to find out how much I owed I owed much more than I thought by my records. Beaumont Texas

I purchased several item from Conn's on there credit. They told me that in order not to be charged an insurance fee for the purchases I would have to show proof that I had a home insurance policy. I returned the next day, they made a copy and said I would not be charged.

A little over a year I wanted to pay the account off to find out I owed several hundred dollars more than I had anticipated. In looking into my account they told me I was charged approximately $200.00 for insurance because I never produced the information required. I had to go to my insurance company get a letter stating that I did have insurance on the date of these purchases. To date I still have not received my refund.

I will never do business with these people again and hope that people in Texas do the same. Lets run these theives out of business.
