Sold us a lemon. Washer does not agitate or spin from the very first wash. Dryer did not completely dry clothes. We were not satisfied and wanted merchandise picked up. But they refused.

After several days of discussing problem with store manager we agreed to meet them half way and have a technician come out to check appliances. Was given date but no confirmation on time or whether they were actually going to come on that day.

Finally received a call at work 1 week later and was told they would be showing up in 1 hour. We told them we didn't get a call beforehand to allow us to make arrangements. Technician said somebody should have called you, but sorry they didn't. He said he was still going to come out between 11:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m. and it made no difference to him if no one was there because he would still show up and we would just have to reschedule if no one was home. Of course we could not leave work or make other arrangement on such very short notice.

At this point after weeks without being able to wash our clothes we had to look elsewhere. They have yet to return our phone call to pick up their appliances.
