Conseco/Green Tree ripoff, Liars, Con-Artist Ashvelle North Carolina

My Sister and husband bought a doublewide in 2002. After unfortunate circumstances they had to declare bankrupcy and move back to Florida in November 2002. This trailer is on my property and as os July 2003 they still have not removed it from my lot. I have called and complained and all I ever get is we don't have anywhere to put it. Well this is not my problem. I could be renting my lot and am lossing money.

They said this is my problem not theirs. I have contacted the Better Business Bureau, but to no avail. It has been sitting there for 9 months now and I do not know if they will ever come and pick it up. It has been broken into and I informed them of this.

They did not seem to care so I told them why should I. All I get is a run around. Next step is obtaining an attorney to have it removed. They won't even come get there own trailer. I guess they figure I can store it for nothing. Mad as Hell In North Carolina
