I had applied for a loan on line due to the fact that I was short on paying for my bills. Well once you fill out application and accept another screen pops up giving you the run down on getting a loan.

Well after reading I had decided that I did not want to go along with geting a loan so I had declinded and exited out. Well this morning I was checking my online banking and noticed that there was a charge that I did not recognize. the charge made my account negative.

So I had called my bank and they told me what company had tkaen the money out. I then called the company and guess what could not speak to a person over the phone.

They do have an online chat so I decided to try that since I could not reach anyone by phone. I explained my situtation to the CSR. Her reply back was that it was a membership. I explained that I did not sign up for it. Plus if I did I received not e-mail notification stating it.

Plus I applied for a loan to get money not to have it taken out. Well the bottom line is that they could not put the money back into my account, even though they were able to take it out. They said that a refund will be mailed to me in 30-45 days once payment is posted.

I had explained to her that my account did not have the money in it to withdraw thats is why it went negative. So the payment they tried to withdraw will not post to their account which means that I will not get a refund.

They said that I had authorized my info to use towards applying for a loan. I said yes a loan not a membership. I asked for papers to be faxed to me stating that I had agreed to this and they could not provide them.

They are rip offs and I think that something needs to be done about this company.
