W A R N I N G--- BUYER BEWARE!!! I got ripped off. DONT believe what the salesman says. My salesperson, Daniel Cintron, told me the policy/plan would pay 80 percent and I would pay 20 percent for medical bills and it was a good deal. When I got the information, the plan as issued by Vantage America Solutions, Inc. 1275 Milwaukee Ave, Glenview, Il. I read that it gives up to a 30 percent discount but there are no guarantees. The plan, in my opinion ,is a scam.

The salesman says one thincoreect statements about the actual plan and the customer service says no refund on my payment and the plan is what it is. No time to review and cancel plan. CHBA doesn't care what they hear from you about thier sales. It's unfortunate that the salesman would not even call me back. He is a big fat _ _ _ _! His number is 1-877-446-8700 ext. 117 if you can reach him. It appeared that the company reps were very rude and non caring.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY (CHBA) because you may very well get RIPPED OFF!!!!
