CONSUMER PORTFOLIO SERVICE calling my house all times of the night and day Phoenix Arizona

Me and my wife purchase a vehicle here in saginaw, micahigan from rightway auto center, they finace the vehicle through consumer portfolio service, we had the car for about four months now. I became disable in may and couldnt make any more payments so i told to come and get the car. they refuse continue to harrasse me my wife on her job her boss my family making theats. there manger is the one who does it saying she doesnt care who call what i file you are going to pay me i dont want the car i want my money. they tried to go into our saving accont bank denied them. i'll now filing for bankructy do my illness , and cant afford all the medical bills that has accured if you can these people from calling me and wife and job i thank you its becoming stressful being threating. the dopnt even have a stre address or building.
