Consumer Portfolio Services Inc. ,CPS, Inc In Need of a Class Action Suit Irvine California

Like many with low credit scores, we received a call from a car dealership in Erie, PA. Telling us we could get into a nice vehicle. Well they did not tell us the hassle we would go through.Purchased the car in 2006, made every single payment on time, Untill my husbands employer went out of business, and he was left with no job.
This company can make you go crazy, they call and call. You try to set up payments and it is never good enough for them, they do not care if you have food on your table. They call and say "You are breaking the law for driving that vehicle, it does not belong to you"
As much that has been paid of course the owing price is still to high to trade, and without a job who is going to.

Now they have gone to far, when my husband was working if the payment was a day late they would call his employer, now they are calling family and friends to ask them to pay our bills. Saying they cannot discuss the situation, however, if they can not why are they asking others for money? This company has to be stopped, I wish someone out there would help all of us in need and start a class action suit against them. They are breaking the law!!! If someone will help please let us all know.
