Unfortunately i have been financed by cps, inc. the employees that work for them are throatcutters from hell, i am being punished and talk to like a DOG
just because i am a high credit risk. i had to file chapter 13 8 years ago, in 2007 our old ragged tahoe bit the dust so i went to five star chevrolet in warner robins georgia, well that dealership and cps are two peas in a pod ignorant unprofessional jacka**es.
i ended up with a 19.2% rate and in almost 2 years i have only paid $2000.00 on the entire loan. this company calls me at work, home cell 6-8 times a day. i was tempted to let the car be repoed however i was threatened that i would be made to complete the loan and have the car reliquished also. i am so stress out with what can be done with this company . i am willing to go for a class action , lets get together and bring them down make them get on the other end of the stick!!!!!!

Kay- you sure are quick to call people idiots when YOU don't know what YOU are talking about...as you have been told.. The Fair Debt... does NOT apply to original creditors and since the OP Is obviously behind in their paymetns, the company has every right to call until concrete payment arrangements are set up. They would not be calling so many times if the OP would have just set up payment arrangements.
All you are doing is making yourself look like an "idiot" by calling others names, then giving out false and useless information. I suggest you stop.

I am assuming that if this company is calling you 6-8 times a day, then you are behind on your payments. I am sorry this situation is happening to you, but how have they ripped you off? Do you owe them the money? If the answer is yes, then they have the right to bother many times a day to try to collect. I realize it is very stressful and no fun, but what else are they supposed to do? I will agree that they have no right to degrade you in any way, but you have not been ripped off. In fact if you are not paying off the loan that you contractually agreed to, then you are ripping them off.
