ok i bought a car back in 2002 and it broke down in 2006 it was almost paid off when the axle fell off.I sent it back to the dealership and i told them to fix it they said they wont.I told them it was a recall.CPS calls me everyday we need 5,000.00 they are not getting it either

These people are scams artisit.They want you to put a fake checking acct to hold your payment.

Did they repo the car? Did you turn it back to CPS? Did they auction/salvage the car, and are now billing you for the difference? If they are taking you to court, then this has been going on for awhile now.......send them $25.00 check, if they cash it, send them another in a month........if that works and they cash your checks, then you have an argument for a judge IF they pursue it in court.....you're able to prove that you're making an effort, and they cashed the checks, try it and see what happens....
