Consumer Safety Technology faulty and or misrepresentation of product Urbandale, Iowa

I had a CST Intoxalock unit installed in 2009 and had multiple problems with false positive readings, and  on the first problem contacted the company and was treated horribly by customer service rep after a long hold. I explained the circumstances and was told that alcohol must have been present because CST does not make faulty products, and when I said " I see, so NASA can occasionally make something flawed, but you guys get it right every time" to which the woman said "thats right". The only thing more flawed than their product is their policies toward their customers. More false positives followed until I finally switched over to a "Draeger" unit that was much better. Had one false positive with that , but the company was great, they acknowledged that unit was flawed and fixed it right away at no cost to me, the way it should be.    
                                                                                                                                                                                               
On the final straw with CST when I blew a false positive, I went to my local police headquarters and requested a breathalyzer test, which was given and I blew a zero, just moments after CST failed test. I recommend to anyone having a problem with false positives to do just that, I am now involved in a legal dispute that may have widespread ramifications for this company, and would appreciate any other victims of these despicable humans to contact me if they have any input that will corroborate my findings. (((REDACTED)))                                                                                                                   

Now this lousy company is trying every way to avoid the facts coming out, including motioning the court to dismiss claim, which I beat, and motioning the court to go from small claims to civil court to shield them from other lawsuits, help me put an end to this company , go after them!!!
