This compant called at a harassing rate to "update our information for services we used prior." They asked me to answer questions and if i make business purchase decisions. I became a little skeptical and asked them various questions. They were getting very frustrated.

After the 10th time talking to a different manager and me hanging up and telling them this is a waste of time, they called back and said to make end this process (basically harassment) to just answer the questions yes or no. 2 months later we got a call from Matt Shivers about an overdue balance (same day we recieve a notice of FDCPA in the mail).

He said he would fax the invoice and would lessen the bill to $249.00. I said he could cancel the service, i never signed anything, and i would be reporting him. He called EVERYDAY until the director contacted a lawyer. But this is a business that is scamming people to a pay for a service that doesnt exist.
