Cordell and Cordell Jane Robertson OVERBILLING, SCAM, INCOMPETENT Houston Texas

I hired C&C to represent me in a Child Support Arrears case. My lawyer, Jane Robertson, NEVER listened to me in any shape form or fashion. She WAS however able to run up over 5K in fees for doing NOTHING. She didn't file a counter petition, answer the original petion, anything. Yet every time I turned around there were charges called "confer with other attorney, note to file". This is their way of inflating their bills. I told her I was broke, had no savings, no cash, no real estate, etc, and she asks me if I can come up with a LUMP SUM settlement????  What part of I HAVE NOTHING didn't she understand???  THis firm is a joke, they con men into thinking they are looking out for them, when all they concern themselves with is billing...billing....billing..... It's a machine.

DO NOT use these people, they don't have your best interest in mind. It's all about billing!!! RUN AWAY AT ALL COSTS!!!!
