Core Skin Care Bait and Switch scam Buffalo New York

 I ordered a couple skin care products from Core Skin Care for my girlfriend as part of a mother's day basket. I only wanted the two products, and yet they charged me for this Vitamin C cream that I did not want. Sent an email about that immediately and they did not reply until after "product shipped email." Their customer service is terrible. Then they proceeded to charge my account $84.97. I sent the Vitamin C cream back immediately and still have not received any kind of refund yet. Now they refuse to give me any refund at all. And I did not consciously sign up for any trips of anything. Bait and switch scam. I stated in my first email that I only wanted the two products that I ordered and that's it. Sadly I used my debit card and my bank says they cannot help me at all in any claim. But I did block and cancel the card used.
