Bottom line, Core Talent does not pay talent in a timely manner. The majority of payments are a year or more out. Turnaround for talent payments should be  30 to 90 days, not a year or more. There is no real communication about back payments when you ask about them. It can takes weeks to get a reply about overdue payments.

I had a producer say that the check was sent, Core Talent denied it, producer sent a copy of the confirmation that the check was received and cashed by Core Talent, and the owner still tried to deny that they recieved and cashed it. Once the producer got involved, Core Talent finally sent payment. This is just one example of many along the same lines. Talent getting frustrated that payments are taking so long, that they reach out to production to see what the hold up is, and production saying the check was sent to and cashed by Core Talent.

What talent have to go through to get paid by Core Talent is not worth it. When several talent agencies work the same job but Core Talent is the only one that pays out a year later something is not right. 

Unfortuantely, this was not a one time thing. It was and still is a constant issue.
