Core Talent Teresa Andrion Very bad agency, unprofessional, months to get paid, money stolen from talent Frisco Texas

  I was a contracted Model and Actress working for Core Talent Agency. I was so excited to be apart of a agency that could get me work mainstream. I started to get a lot of Call-backs, and work with Core, my family and I was thrilled. I'm a young single parent of two small children and I also have custody of my little brother. Their ages 5, 8, & 17 years old.  I began to get work maybe 6-8 jobs monthly. So everything was going great mid June of 2013. I was getting paid on time, and it was reflected from the contract 90- days or less. I began and active advocate for the city of Garland, and I was asked to be Ambassador for a Domestic-Shelter. Still actively working, I decided to add this to  my resume. Helping women  and children find their way in spite of being used and abused. Not knowing that my very message that I speak about, the Core Talent was making me a victim. 

 

Early August, I had to remind Owner Teresa A. 2013 to pay me for work from May, and June. She responds back that she is starting in a Stage Play,  and to email her the dates. I didn't hear back from her until the end of the month. Out of respect Teresa emailed me all this work I needed to provide her to get my money. Keep in mind, it's the end of August 2013. I finally got paid, but it wasn't the whole amount. 30% was taken out. I let this slide.... (first time experience.) 

 

So still being one of the hottest workers with the agency, I was still getting booked left and right. Big brands contracted, success with real companies, finally real work I thought. My two children are proud of me, I became my children's role model. It's the most precious thing a person can experience as a single parent. So why is the bank trying to take my house away from us at the end of September.  Trying to call me agency on payment, having to hire an attorney I can't even pay for to help me with my money to feed my family. To provide, my brother is living with me because it's not stable at his house. So can you image the guilt and sadness of having to maybe live in one of the Shelter's I'm Ambassador for. Teresa is now advertising for the mixer's for Core to recruit new people. Even had the nerve to tell me I needed to make an appearance to one of the mixers as part of my contract. September - November I was working so hard, we began to see my work all over the city. In malls my pictures was up, magazines, I'm even on Netflix's. So by the end of November 2013, I began to get into default with my payments for my house. I lost my house in December 2013. Homeless and force to move in at my friends house. 

 

So every-job that we would book, the would advertise it on Facebook (social-media) to gain exposure and representation to being a legit agency. So why am I seeing all of my work all over the city, I have fans world-wide from my work that I've done. So why am I not getting paid. I spoke to her sister Anna Rendon, she's very soft-spoken but quickly redirected my issues and concerns back to Teresa. Who is now out of town helping her friend deliver a baby. It's January now, and I still haven't heard from Teresa.  I've finished Five more commercials and hospitals commercial's you name it. I started to CC my Attorney in every email about payment, once Teresa saw that, she let me go. Stating that she can't be apart of another law-suit. She did inform me that she will pay me, and that I was a beautiful girl. I can get hired with another agency. A month later, I was only sent to check for 500.00 so where is my other $5,525.00. 

 

This is not a good company. Fact, the open up a business account with ActorAccess.com/  Example: If Burger Shack contracted all of Core Agency for a job. They will give Core Agency $20-40,000.00 to pay it's contracted actors and models. 

Keep in mind what you see on TV are the actors acting as empolyee's of Burger Shack, customers, and pedestrians walking on the street. We are all of those people that you see in a frame. So Core was suppose to give all of us payment for services rendered. Burger Shack pays with 30's days of productions.

 

 

Truth about Core's Scam.... Teresa get's the whole $20-40,000.000 and out it into her business account. If you do not touch the money for 30-90 day's, that has tripled it's interest. Then Teresa pays her contracted clients from the 90 day marker and beyond. Issue, Teresa is too busy being a Stage play performer, and not a proper owner to a booming business.  Can you imagine, I'm not getting child support for any of my children or brother. I work through my heart, I love to work for my family and myself. The fans had took it too another level, and like my work. But how can you tell your fans that my agency isn't paying me. How can it be that the same shelter that I'm Ambassador for, almost took me in as a client. It's so embarrassing and humiliating at the same time. How can your kids see me on television while we're at a food pantry. Teresa is so busy trying to keep up with appearances at these mixers, she not seeing reality around her will fall apart, You can't steal from people who has worked for you all year. After the 90 marker, forgets about the job 3 months earlier, have you look for these  bogus emails. I'm only one person with one family that she has effected. This woman is evil and fueled my by the spot light of success. The the contracted workers she doesn't pay. It's all for image and show, playing within the laws. She's not a good person.  Run away if you read this, Core is not great representation for anyone. This woman needs to be stopped!
