Corporate auto brokers After going thru bad accident company reposed car after making arrangements for payments Cumming Georgia

Do not ever buy a car from this company. The owner, Charles Turner is a bully and a liar!!!! After doing business with them on not one but two cars and having problems with the owner on both transactions needless to say I have had way too much experience in dealing with mr. Turner.  After paying off our first car with them, that by the way starting knocking after having it a couple of months and having to replace the motor, I was threatened with jail for for " disassemling a leined vehicle ". Not once did he ever offer to help get it fixed or anything. This was a corvette. The second vehicle was a 2009 Mazda rx8 that had been "totaled" before we purchased it.  We were not told it had a rebuilt title which meant the damage was extensive!!!  We found this out the day we purchased it because on the way home we had a very bad wreck. We hit a large black bear!!! Yes I said a bear. The body man that fixed it disclosed the info that the vehicle had been totaled in a previous accident. the vehicle was in the shop for 3 months as we continued to make payments on it.  We got the vehicle back and just the other day a rental car hit us.  Damage is extensive again. I contacted the company and told them what had happened on Monday after the accident. The accident happened on a Friday night. So this was the first business day after the accident. I was a few days behind on my payment but made arrangements to get it paid. I followed thru with that on the following Thursday and made a payment by phone. On the next day the company and I both received a letter from the tow company of the charges to pickup the vehicle. Mr charles turner directed his employee to go get the car!!!!  Then we get a 10 day demand letter for the balance on the car!!  He reposed the car while we are trying to file a claim with the insurance company! I have been cussed out and threatened by Charles Turner in 2 different phone calls. This man is completely unreasonable especially with me being a repeat customer and always following thru on any arrangements made with his company.  i have retained an attorney to deal with Mr. Turner.  Steer clear of this business!!!!!!!!
