Corporate Records Service Perpetrating fraud Springfield, Illinois

This company gives the impression that they are acting on behalf of the State of Illinois.  They include citings from the Illinois Business Corporation Act and then requests a $125 filing fee for your Annual minutes records submittal. It is an official looking document and the disclaimer that they are not a government agency and does not have or contract with any government agency to provide this service is artfully embedded in the body of the letter.  They also have obtained my corporation number in order to try and perpetrate this scam.  I will be reporting this company's questionable actions to the FTC, BBB, State of Illinois Attorney General and any other agency I can think of.  Do not send this company any money! They are not affliated with any state and even on the envelope it stated "This is not a Government Document".
