Costa del mar poor quality ormond beach, Florida

Hello everyone. I would recommend to think twice before purchusing Del Mar sunglasses. I bought one for my husband  just about one month ago. (pricetag is over $100).  We just noticed that one of the  plastic nosepads was missing. My husband wears this glass very infrequently maybe on weekends. When I called the company to ask for a replacement they told me  I need to purchase the part. I was explaining that this product must be deffective if a part is missing when the glass was used less that 10 times. This part must cost no more that 20 cent, it is a small plastic part. She asked for $6 dollars. She agreed that the glass must have been  deffective. At that point I asked her if she can wave the payment. The answer was no. Than I asked if the product is deffective can you send an extra few parts since it will be missing frequently. The answer was no!!! So unless you want to pay 6 dollars extra monthly to wear a product on the weekend STAY away from this brand. On the other hand I have a Serengeti sunglass over 2 years. No repair was necessary. You decide, I stay with Serengeti.
