Counterforce USA Counterforce Alarm Systems, Alarm Processing Co,A-Link USA,UTC Fire & Security Company Charges Bogus and Inflated Termination fees without performing the Service!! Houston, Texas

I recently moved and called to terminate my contract.  I was told by several representatives that because they did not receive my request to terminate IN WRITING 30 days before the auto-renewal date, I would be charged 75% of the next year's contract.  The contract hasn't even started yet! I have moved, there is no telephone line and these people think that I am going to PAY for a year of service I won't receive.  Stay AWAY from this company.

I never received adequate service from Counterforce.  My alarm was ALWAYS going off for no reason and when I'd call for assistance, I could never reach a customer service representative. 

They are trying to rip off the public in a time when the economy is hard enough for everyone.  Enough is enough.  I am informing my state representative, their parent company (if it exists), everyone I know and the media.  They have to be held accountable for their unethical business practices.
