Basically they stole our house right out from under us and now it has gone to foreclosure and already gone through the Sheriff sale because they are unwilling to talk to us. We have tried on several ocassions to make payment arrangements to no avail. Now they say that we owe almost 200,000 on a home that we fiananced for 130,000 and has been payed on, but because of an injury from a car accident they now want 200,000. I do not have that kind of money for a FHA home that is literally falling apart due to that fact that I have had no money to repair it with. I called Countrywide to find out what I could possibley due and they told me to call the County Clerk's Office since the home was not sold. I now have until May to try and solve this problem and have no where to turn for someone to help us. Countrywide is the most dishonest company that I know of and they will take your home right out from underneath you and they literally do not care.

My name is Brian I recently have filed a report back in Dec. I think on the 27th I'm known has Brian from LaSalle Michigan. Please don't give up basically they did the same thing to me refusing my payments etc. they even paid the wrong agency that placed on my credit report but, instead of paying the listing agency they paid my X wife for arrears of Alimony which still to this day never have gotten credit for it & was forced to spend Dec. 06' till Jan. 07' in custody for non-payment of the arrears cz. my X claimed it was a gift.
It forced me into Bankruptcy & Countrywide refused my payments etc. even after providing them with there mistake etc. along with the fact that they & the broker changed my interest rate & made the mortgage appear to be a good deal for me only to find out that they were steeling my equilty out of my home @ a rate of it lease $9,000 to $12,000 a year they are crooks so I sued them in Monroe county court back in Dec. of 07' please check out my story & the country court records for my contact infomation maybe we could help each other if not please do yourself a favor & use your mortgage payments since they refuse to take payments & attain a Atty; yourself & file a law suit against them . It will definatly stop any & all actions against you. Also it may force them to work something out with them to save your home.
