Countrywide Home Loans foreclosure sale on my home Dallas Texas

In mid may 07 this company was rejecting my payments when i called them they worked out a new payment plan so that i could send back in the money that i owe., before the date of repayment i received a letter stating that due to non payment the payment plan was canceled before i could find out why i was served a foreclosure notice again for the 4th time in 2 years. on august 19th i worked out again another ridiculous payment amount i had the money in hand ready to send in but was told i had to wait for some kind of paperwork i thought what is this i have never had to wait i usually just send in the money so i agreed, but only if this was going to be taking care of before the sale date. they told me sure well the paperwork never came.

so i tried contacting them again. 3 days before the sale someone called while i was at work when i returned their phone calls all i got was a voicemail for this person, i left several messages, but nothing, the day of the sale someone calls again. i try again desperate to talk to someone but no luck.

i feel like they did this to me on purpose. when i would fall behind on my payments i always make arrangements to resolve. i have learned that their was no third party buyer and i have been trying to contact this company to try and work something out but i get no response. I am still living in the property and everyday i wait.
