Cox Automotive bought Central Dispatch ... the website that effects every single independent auto transport trucker (and brokers) in the auto transport industry. The site is falling apart. They have no customer service. They raise the price and the site sucks. It doesn't work. It goes down all the time. John Dyer is a f****** idiot for not looking into this... asking questions... survey the customers... see how 99.9 percent of the accounts feel about this crappy website. What the f*** John. Wake the f*** up! I swear I would love to see some truck driver recognize you at an interstate rest stop and just kick your a** for what you are not doing to improve this site. You don't give a s*** what your customers think. Where the hell are the computer programmers that are graduating from college that can't find a job? Build a website for the auto transport industry... take it over from these a****** son of a b**** people that could care less about us truck drivers. When I reach out to them for assistance or to point out the glitches I am told to shut up or they will kick me off the site. Nice attitude as******. John - keep looking over your shoulders if you are going to treat 12,000 truck drivers like s***. You are playing a dangerous game f****** with our industry. Oh yeah.... are you an investor? You looking to buy this site.... it's ripe for take over. It's not worth s*** for this reason. If you do take it over you better d**n fix it or the whole industry is ready to file a class action lawsuit through the U.S. Attorney General. This is b******* what this site has done to our industry. No customer service. Price increases with less service, less features, less accuracy, less synchronization. Never fix any glitches - just make us suffer with it. Put a new look to the site and actually make it worse - 10 times worse. Never ask carriers what we think.. just shove s*** down our throats.
