CPA Intuit Merchant Services lack security let someone impersonate my client. West Palm Beach Florida

Inuit merchant services let a complete strange re-route my clients beneficiary bank account information and stole more than $5,000. Not only did the thief have a hotmail account to contact intuit, but intuit never confirmed, authenticated that it was my client making the changes.  All of the evidence is in an email of how poorly they did not do their job. Not only did Intuit know where the funds were, but they did not even help my client with any information to claim it. Or to call the beneficiary bank.

If anyone wants more details of this issue please email me.  I do not trust Intuit and do suggest that people not use them. We went as far as issuing a police report against intuit to no avail.
