If there are any positive rebuttals to any of the ripoff reports it’s JEANNIE KERNS signing in as a satisfied customer. Don’t fall for it. You will get responses from her up until she gets your money. Once she gets your money it’s a wrap. Consider your payment a donation for an unknown cause. You will get no responses, if you are lucky to get a response it will be an excuse (sick child or email was down).

If you email her complaining about her services or asking for status update you will get ignored. If you email her about purchasing another service, you will get a response same day. I’ve been waiting 2 years for my package. My emails are responded to weeks later with no response to the question asked. Just stay away from Jeanie and sign the petition.
