CPS Aka Child Protective Services CPS forced me to put my daughter up for adoption Reno Nevada

CPS had continued to show up at my house at least once a week because my sister was making reports. CPS never found anything wrong but continued their search for something. One report was made of my boyfriend at the time abusing me and knocking me around which wasnt happing.

CPS removed my daughter and I from the house and tried to put me in a abused women shelter and when I refused they took my daughter. The next day they said that they didnt have a case but I would need to sign a volentary or they were going to take me to court. Of course Im young and not knowing better I signed it.
I was interested in sueing but was told that CPS was immune to it. So I didnt pursue it. I moved out of my boyfriends house got my own and had a steady job. Everything needed to have her back. But CPS kept saying okay now you have to do this and then when I would do that they would say okay now you have to do this.
Finally they said all I had left to do before my daughters 6 month volentary was up was to apply for child care assistance. so I did so. I did everything that was needed for it but the only thing I needed was to get a referrel saying that my daughter would be in my care by the 10th. My social worker swore she sent it. My application got denied for not having the referrel.
Of course the volentary close date grew closer and they were emphasizing that they were going to take custody after the 10th.

I felt forced to put my daughter up for adoption. I felt like I was fighting a battle I wouldnt win. I told my social worker that I wanted to put her up for adoption it was a week and I was signing the papers for her adoption.

What do I do? I talked to someone who was a paralegal and she said I have a case against them.
