Crawford and Company insured package/merchandise OBIVOUSLY damaged by shipper-Crawford and Company will only cover 30% of value- Fort Worth, Texas

We have a 30+ year established business, have shipped all over the world.  Always employed competent people who do the job right.

shipped merchandise that was properly packed in the correct box, with correct packing materials-box and merchandise was damaged by shipper!

We were given the run around for over 2 weeks and told that Crawford and Company had attempted to contact us on several occasions to no avail and that they would "assume that we are no longer pursuing this claim".

We have employees on staff 7 days a week from 9am to 7pm and nobody had received any calls or correspondence from any persons representing Crawford and Company.

Run around, run around, run around, deny, deny, deny! 

Crawford and Company finally  approved claim for 30% of total value. 

We paid insurance to cover total value of merchandise, why are we not receiving reimbursement for total value?

This company provides very poor customer service for the rates that are being charged to it's clients to ship and insure merchandise.

They are obviously a buffer for UPS and have no accountability to anyone for what we consider to be an insurance scam!

We will be filing a complaint with the state of Texas Attorney Generals Office and pursuing business with other shippers who are willing to stand behind their services.
