These people operate under a cloud of secrecy. You will never meet them or see their faces, because they don’t want you to know who they really are. i though that because they have all these so called awards that they were trustworthy, but that is unfortunately not the case.
They made me all these promises, took my money, left me in limbo for months and then I never heard from them again. I had a genuine desire to move the US, but all got was months of inaction, that lead to a rejection of my application and thousands of dollars in debt.
I would warning anyone who is considering doing business with them to look elsewhere, because this company will get you nowhere. Stay well away!!!

Hello, My name is Valerie, Owner of Creative Artist International. I would like to sincerely apologize on behalf of the company for making you feel this way. It was never our intention to make you feel like you were not one of our priorities because you were. Our company appreciates our client's opinions whether positive or negative because we want everyone who decides to use our service to feel comfortable, have trust and an overall positive experience.
Our company has taken steps to improve our client's overall experience and the necessary measures to prevent situations similar to yours from reoccurring.
We have created a 12-week timeline which shows what tasks we are working on each week and the tasks our clients are to complete each week, so everyone is on the same page at all times during the process. Since then we have received positive feedback from current clients, and they all have a full understanding of what steps need to be taken from start to finish.
I understand you feel that we took a long time to complete our services, however, we took the normal amount of time required to successfully complete and file your application. Unforuntinituly we were unable to do so because you requested a refund which you received.

I am the co-owner of Creative Artist Internatonal, LLC and I am writing on the behalf of the company. We make ourselves available to meet in person, by appointment, face to face in our office at 1000 Town Center Dr. Suite 300. Oxnard CA 93036. In fact, you will always have the opportunity to meet one of the owners personally as well as constant contact via phone or email. We like to keep in contact with our clients as much as possible, communication is essential when building a client relationship.
We allow our clients in two installments so they are assured they will receive the services they paid for. Once we are done with the services outlined in our agreement, our clients will pay the second installment. We spend a tremendous amount of time assisting our clients with collecting, researching, proofing, consulting just to name a few. We inform our clients that the process can take an average of 60 to 90 days, at times longer, before we can successfully complete services outlined in the contract agreement.
Once the clients' documents are filed with the relevant agency, it can take an additional 30 to sometimes 180 days before an update is available. If the agency needs additional information, this can add on an additional 60 days, once the notice requesting information is mailed to the client. Our clients can become stressed during this time, and feel like we did something wrong because of the delay, but it is out of our control once the agency becomes involved.
I am sorry if you feel we were unprofessional, I can not say you are wrong for stating this because it's your feeling. I do not know who this is, if you would have shared your name I could have addressed this complaint with facts and supporting documents to show that we are not unprofessional, we do not take peoples money and disappear, and communication was not lacking.
